Our Leadership
The founder and Director at Beit Shalom House of Peace, Patricia Callen. Patricia has been in ministry in one form since she was a teen living in California and ministering on the Beaches of Venice with Church on The Way Four Square Church. Patricia has always had a deep love and passion for serving Adonai as she knows Him. She was given a vision when she was 14 years old of having a transitional home for women. Not fully understanding exactly what that was, she held that vision close to her heart. Over the years, she has taken in numerous children and women who needed a safe place to feel the love of God. In 2001 she became a victims advocate in Lake Havasu City, AZ, where she assisted local, state, and federal police at the scenes of violent crimes and offered victims advocacy services. In 2002 Patricia returned to her home in northern New Mexico and began working as a domestic violence / sexual assault victims advocate. She oversaw violence prevention programs in 13 communities.
